You are able to filter the information shown on your function calendar: only display certain functions based on their event, staff assignment, function status, function type, room, and more. You are able to save your changes to use again by creating custom calendar views.
To access the filtering options, click the filter_list filter icon in the upper right.
You may filter events by:
- The function's event.
- The staff person assigned to any of your event or function staff assignments. This option allows you to see a view of "your" events.
- The function status.
- The function type.
- By default, functions on lost or canceled events will not display. To see these functions, check Show Functions on Inactive Events.
When this setting is checked, inactive events will appear in the Event filter field search results.
- Check Only Show Functions With Details to only display functions which have items or instructions added.
- Check Only Show Functions Marked "Show on Event Calendar" to only display functions with this setting checked.
- Check Only Show Performances to only display functions which have the Performance setting checked.
- Check Show Notes to display calendar notes. On the function calendar, a note icon will display in the header on days where there is a note. Click the icon to see the notes for that day.
- Room(s).
Only functions in rooms will display on the function calendar. No room functions (including event-wide functions) do not display.
Once you have updated your filtering options, click Set.
If you wish to use this view again, don't forget to save the changes to your view after applying the filters! Click the save save icon in the upper left. If the view is locked, click the settings gear icon to open the view's slider, then the edit pencil icon, and temporarily unlock the view to save the changes. Don't forget to lock the view again!
