System roles needed: System Admin
If you remove a staff assignment, any reports that use staff assignments will need to be updated. Please contact us for more information.
- Click on your name in the upper left corner and select System Admin to access the Admin console.
- Click event Events in the left sidebar and select the Detailing tab.
- Navigate to either the Event Staff Assignments or Function Staff Assignments sub-tab and click the staff assignment you wish to remove.
- Click Remove.
This is a permanent deletion and cannot be undone.
- Confirm that you want to remove the staff assignment.
- A message will appear advising you to contact the Client Success team; any reports using staff assignments will need to be updated before they can be run. Click OK.
