Every venue has key personnel for each event and often has key personnel for each function within events. Event and function Staff Assignments allow you to create specific responsibilities and then assign the staff member who will be filling it for the event or function. Create Staff Assignments
- Click on your name in the upper left corner and select System Admin to access the Admin console.
- Click event Events in the left sidebar and select the Detailing tab.
- Navigate to either the Event Staff Assignments or Function Staff Assignments sub-tab and click the plus to open the Add Staff Assignment slider.
- Name the staff assignment.
- Click each venue and select the users who could be assigned that role. You can tab to move from venue to venue without explicitly closing the multi-select.
If no users are selected for a staff assignment in a venue, the assignment will be hidden on that venue's events.
- Once all users have been assigned, click Save.
Sort Staff Assignments
Once you've created your staff assignments, you may specify the order you would like the list of staff assignments to appear.
Users within each staff assignment are listed alphabetically. They cannot be sorted.
