Why is my calendar printing without cell colors?

Settings in your browser can prevent calendar background colors from printing correctly. Please follow the appropriate steps below to adjust the settings of your browser.

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Internet Explorer
• Opera

Google Chrome

1. Hover over Calendars.
2. Click Calendars (new!).

3. Click More.
4. Click Print.

5. Check the box next to Background colors and images.

6. Click Print.

Firefox

1. There are two ways to open the Page Setup window:
   1. Firefox Button:
      1. Click the Firefox button.
      2. Hover over Print.
      3. Click Page Setup.

2. File:
   1. Click File.
   2. Click Page Setup.

2. Check the box next to Print Background (colors & images).
3. Click OK.

Internet Explorer

1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right of the browser window.
2. Hover over Print.
3. Click Page Setup.

4. Check the box next to Print Background Colors and Images.
5. Click OK.

Opera

1. Click the Opera button.
2. Hover over Print.
3. Click Print Options.

4. Check the box next to Print page background.
5. Click OK.
