You can have icons appear on your events based on which tags are assigned. To set this up:
- Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
- Click My Media.
- Make sure that the image you would like to use as an icon is 16x16 and is set to Public.
- Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
- Click Company Settings.
- Click Tag Group.
- Expand the appropriate tag group by clicking the plus sign.
- Click + add media.
- Find the image you would like to use as an icon.
- Double-click the image.
- Click Save in the yellow field that has appeared over your name.
- Hover over Calendars.
- Click Calendars (new!).
- Click Settings.
- General should be selected. If not, click General.
- Make sure Tag display is set to either Icon (or Text)* or Icon and Text.
- Click Event.
- Click Calendar for the tag group for which you would like to display an icon.
- Click Save.
