To log in to Momentus Prime:
- Go to the correct login page:
- If you are a prospective client with a demo account, go to login.demo-venueops.com
- If you are working in a sandbox account, go to login.sandbox-venueops.com
- If you are a current user, use the URL for the region where your venue is located:
- The Americas (except Canada): login.venueops.com
- Canada: login.ca-venueops.com
- Europe and Middle East: login.eu-venueops.com
- Asia Pacific: login.ap-venueops.com
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
If you're trying to log in and get the message Invalid email, double check that the URL you entered is correct (see above). Also be sure to use the email address which matches the email address on your Elite account.
- You will need to confirm your email via a temporary password, and then set your password.
- A temporary password email was sent to you when you clicked Continue in step two. Copy the password from that email.
- Paste the temporary password into the first field. Type your desired password into the second field, and again in the third field to confirm it. Click Reset Password.
If you get the message Invalid Temporary Password:
- Be sure to copy and paste the temporary password to rule out typos or symbols being input differently from your keyboard.
- Double check that, as you copied and pasted, you didn't end up with a space after the password. You can paste the password into Notepad, Notes, or another text editor to confirm that there isn't a space, then paste the password into the field.
- You are now logged in to Prime.
