Eric Johnson is the Director of Operations at two PACs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Eric has been using Elite since 2018 (before it was Elite) and uses it to run everything from inquiries, proposals, DOS schedules, all the way to final closeout and settlement.
Eric shares his favorite product tip or trick:
"I love workflows, Event orders and task templates are my favorite. It pulls together all the department details Event orders - Pulls together all the details into a DOS sheet for that day. Tasks - I keep adding/adjusting my task templates to tighten things up or set up the company for staff changeover so that can be a smoother process with as much detail in the task as possible."
