John shares his favorite product tip or trick:
"Our venue has seven performance spaces, five gallery spaces, lobby spaces, and a variety of additional support spaces. One of my favorite things we have created for the production team's dashboard is a section that looks back at yesterday, and the previous week, reminding the team of what needs to get struck from all these spaces. We are so used to looking ahead at what's next, that it is easy to lose track of what happened yesterday, particularly if a room or space isn't getting flipped for another event immediately."
