We recently asked community members to reflect on 2025 and look ahead to 2026. Here are some of their responses:
What's One Success You Had in 2025?
Continuous process improvement. As Momentus releases new features, it helps motivate our super user group to examine how they may be best employed to meet our current needs and processes, as well as evaluate if those processes continue to be our best operational approach, or if there are opportunities for improvement.
We signed up for Elite! There was no system in place and now we are working toward a more cohesive!
Converting our contract templates from the Handlebars editor to Insights editor. It was challenging and an overhaul, but worth it!
We successfully integrated with Acumatica, our financial ERP system.
We updated our Convention & Meeting Usage dashboard so we can get a more accurate picture of event days, mi/mo and dark days.
What are You Excited to Accomplish in the New Year?
I'm very excited to see what the Jobs feature in the new Ops Hub looks like, and how that may be able to improve internal planning, scheduling, and communication.
Getting Elite up and running and getting everyone onboarded.
Continue to streamline our proposal process and make them more eye-catching and impactful.
Looking forward to re-integrate the WeTrack widget - just not in the center square on the overview page.
To start fully utilizing our event financials in Elite.
