Momentus Elite allows you to create pre-defined groups of contacts so that you can repeatedly and easily email proposals, contracts, event summaries, avails, and other documents to the same group of people. You can also export contact groups to be used in external email marketing services.
- Documents sent from Elite cannot have more than 50 recipients. If you are going to use a contact group to send documents from Elite, the group cannot have more than 50 contacts. If you check Send a Copy To Me when you send the email, the group cannot have more than 49 contacts.
- You can export a contact group of any size.
Create Contact Groups
Contact groups are added on the Contacts page in the Groups tab. Click the plus to add a group, or click a group to edit it. Step-by-step instructions are linked below. For more information, please see:
Using Contact Groups
Once you've created contact groups, you'll be able to send documents to them directly from within Elite. Proposals, contracts, event summaries, avails, and other documents can be sent to contact groups.
Once you've selected a group, you can view a list to confirm your recipients.
You can also export contact groups to import them into external email marketing services, such as Mailchimp.
