Contact tags allow you to assign properties or attributes to a contact such as the relationship type (client, prospect, vendor, and such), warnings (such as hard to contact), and more. Adding or removing a contact tag is tracked in the contact activity log, making contact tags useful to track client consent.
To add a contact tag:
- Go to person Contacts and click the Tags tab.
- Click the + plus icon to open the Add Contact Tag slider.
- Add the name of your tag.
- Click the color block to select a color for your tag.
- Click Save.
- The tag has been added.
