You are able to confirm an event on its details page via the more_vert more info menu in the upper-right corner. This will update the status on all booked spaces to confirmed except for those that will cause double bookings. You will be warned if any booked spaces are in danger of being double booked!
- Go to the event's details page.
- Click the more_vert more info menu in the upper-right corner.
- Click Change event to 'Definite'.
- The slider that opens will show any spaces that would cause double bookings. All conflicting spaces will keep whatever status they currently have. To confirm all other spaces, and the event as a whole, click Save.
If all the event's spaces would cause double bookings, the slider will not allow you to confirm the event. If that happens:
- Click Cancel.
- Click Booking.
- Click the edit pencil icon to open the Edit Spaces slider.
