Getting to Your Credit Types

1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
2. Click Inventory & Prices.
3. Click Setup.
4. Click Credit Types.

Add Credit Types

1. Click the + add icon to open the Create Credit Type slider.
2. In the slider:
   1. Enter a name for the credit type.
   2. Optionally, you can select a GL Code. Clicking in the field will expand a list of available GL codes. You can begin typing the name of a GL account or its code to filter the list.
3. Click Save.

Edit Credit Types

1. Click the credit type you want to edit to open its Edit Credit Type slider.
2. In the slider, you can:
   1. Update the credit type's name.
   2. Add, edit, or remove the credit type's GL Code. Clicking in the field will expand a list of available GL codes. You can begin typing the name of a GL account or its code to filter the list.
3. When you're done updating the credit type, click Save.

Inactivate Credit Types

1. Click the credit type you want to inactivate to open its Edit Credit Type slider.
2. Toggle Active off.
3. Click Save.
4. By default, inactive credit types will not appear in the list. You can click the eye icon to toggle whether they are visibility shown or visibility_off hidden.
