Selecting an existing price schedule will allow you to rename, copy, or inactivate it, as well as set whether it is for exhibitions.
First, you will need to select the price schedule you want to work with:
- Click your name in the upper-left and select Inventory & Prices.
- Click Price Schedules.
- Click the price schedule you want to edit or copy.
Follow the directions for the action you want to take:
Edit a Price Schedule
- In the slider, click the edit edit icon.
- In the Edit Price Schedule slider, you can:
- Update the name.
- Toggle the price schedule to active/inactive.
- Toggle how the price schedule is used: for general client/event use or for the Booking Portal or for Exhibitor orders.
- Click Save.
Copy a Price Schedule
In the slider, click the file_copy copy icon. The copy will appear in the price schedules list, named the same as the original with "copy" added to it. You can now edit and update the price schedule.
View or Hide Inactive Price Schedules
On the Price Schedules tab, click the visibility_off icon to view or hide inactive price schedules.
