Avails allow you to show a potential client or promoter your availability without revealing privileged information about specific events or clients, if you choose.
View Mobile Avails
From the calendar, tap the calendar_today avails icon at the bottom of your screen. If you don't see it, contact your system admin so they can give you this permission.
Avails displays each of your rooms' availability a month at a time.
Use Mobile Avails
- To select a different view, tap the current view at the top.
- Tap the filter_list filter icon to edit your display options. You can't save changes while on mobile. Please see Create a Custom Avails View for information on how to add views on desktop that can be used on mobile.
- Tap a day to see the events.
- Click the email envelope icon to send avails. For more information, please see Email an Avails Calendar.
