In your venue, contracts may need to be approved before they can be sent to the client. Momentus Elite has a built-in approval workflow which allows you to send a contract for approval once you have created it. - Click on your name in the upper left corner and select System Admin to access the Admin console.
- Click event Events in the left sidebar and select the Detailing tab.
- Click Configuration.
- Click the edit pencil icon.
- Check Contract Approval Required.
- Click Save.
