By default, both groups and rooms will be listed alphabetically. You may wish, though, to order them to better reflect the physical layout of your venue. To order your groups and rooms:
- Click your name in the upper-left.
- Click System Admin.
- Click meeting_room Rooms in the left navigation. On this page you'll see a list of your venues. (If you would like to re-order your venues, contact Client Success.) In each venue is a list of groups, with the rooms listed in their groups or in an Ungrouped section.
- To order room groups within a venue, click the sort sort icon by the venue name.
- Drag the room groups into the order you want and save.
- To order rooms, click the sort sort icon by the group name (or Ungrouped header).
- Drag the rooms into the order you want and save.
- Your group and room order is updated. It will be reflected in the Select Rooms slider, as well as on the grid, day, and avails view on the calendar.
