Wondering how other organizations are using Functions?
We've gathered stories from four customers who share how they're using Functions in their organizations, along with practical tips for getting started and a simple three-step checklist.
Watch four customer stories and discover simple ways to start using Functions today.
Performance Bulletin Function
Every one of our shows has a function for start time and doors/gates. We use All Day/Event Wide functions to house our instruction sets for various departments to input information and for our Invoice or Estimate items.
Our organization follows somewhat of a pie model. Programming books the show and the operations departments advance their individual areas and input their show information separately. For that reason, we use a function called "Performance Bulletin" that I attach an Instruction Set to. This way, when we review each event for the coming week, we have a standard set of information each time.
For multi room events, we may have more detailed functions noting what time the group/artist/client is in each space and for what purpose.
