About the Learning Center
The Momentus Learning Center is your go-to resource for on-demand training through interactive courses and pathways, recordings of past webinars, tips and tricks videos, and Quick Start tutorials.
Learning Center Access
The Learning Center is accessible to licensed users of a Momentus Enterprise or Elite production account.
Licensed users are auto-provisioned in Entra/Momentus Access within 24-48 hours of being added to the Momentus production account, which provides access to the Momentus Learning Center and Community.
Signing In with Momentus Access
The Momentus Learning Center uses Momentus Access for login.
Momentus Access is your single login for the Momentus Learning Center and the Momentus Community.
If you have never signed in to the Learning Center or Community, you can follow these steps to activate your Momentus Access/Entra account for both:
- Visit https://learn.gomomentus.com

Click "Log in with Momentus Access"
3. Enter your email address associated with your Momentus software user account
4. Click "Forgot Password"
5. Click the method for which you would like to receive your identify verification code: email or text
6. Complete the steps to create a new password.
Important:
- After logging in to the Learning Center for the first time, users should continue using the “Log In with Momentus Access” button and sign in with their email address and newly created password.
- Once your Momentus Access account is activated, you can use the same login for the Learning Center and the Momentus Community.
Troubleshooting + FAQ
Login Issues
In most cases, login issues occur because of one of these:
- Selecting "Log in with Password" instead of "Log in with Momentus Access"
- Not a licensed PROD user
- It has not been 24-48 hours since user was added to PROD account
- Email does not match what was provisioned in Entra
- An identify verification method was not selected, and therefore a notification was not received

Q: What if I do not receive an email when trying to reset my password?
A: Please make sure you are using "Log in with Momentus Access" and not "Log in with a Password." Emails will NOT be delivered from "Log in with a Password." If you are still not receiving an email when using Momentus Access, please check the bullet points above and then email education@gomomentus.com if you need further assistance.
Q: What if Momentus Access is asking me to reset my company SSO password?
Momentus Access is separate from your company SSO. When resetting your password for Momentus Access, if you are prompted to reset your company SSO - please email education@gomomentus.com.
Q: Do I need to request access to the Learning Center for a new team member?
A: If they have an email associated with a licensed/named user in your database, their learner account will be automatically created within 24-48 hours. Manual requests for access are no longer required for licensed Momentus users. If access is needed for a non-licensed user, please reach out to your primary Momentus contact.
Q: How do I get started in the Learning Center?
A: We recommend starting with this course upon logging in to the Learning Center for this first time. This course provides more information and helpful tips for navigating the new site and the content activities within it. You can also access this course by:
- Clicking your product group from the left menu
- View "Featured Courses" on the page
- Select the course titled: Learners, Explore the Learning center Platform!
