Change an Event from Tentative to Inquiry

Once an inquiry has been converted to a prospect or booked as tentative or definite, it cannot be reverted to an inquiry.

If you've converted an inquiry to another status, we recommend that you:

1. Create a new inquiry using the information from the original.
2. Add a note in the description of the new inquiry that links to the original.
3. Add a note in the description of the original event that links to the new inquiry.
4. Cancel the event that was created from the original inquiry.
