Once an inquiry has been converted to a prospect or booked as tentative or definite, it cannot be reverted to an inquiry.
If you've converted an inquiry to another status, we recommend that you:
- Create a new inquiry using the information from the original.
- Add a note in the description of the new inquiry that links to the original.
- Add a note in the description of the original event that links to the new inquiry.
- Cancel the event that was created from the original inquiry.
