Momentus Elite and Tessitura have built an integration which allows you to push performances created in Elite to Tessitura and then to pull high-level information from Tessitura to Elite for each performance. This allows you to capture attendance and ticket sales data from Tessitura in Elite for reference and ease in reporting, as well as automate data entry to save time and limit duplicate efforts.
Specifically, the integration allows you to:
- Book an event and create functions in Elite and then send them to Tessitura to create a production season and performances. The event's title, production, and season will need to already be created in Tessitura.
- Pull the average ticket price, net ticket revenue, total tickets, comp count, and attendance count per performance from Tessitura. If a revenue type tied to a revenue stream is added to the Tessitura configuration in Elite, the net ticket revenue will be included in the event's revenue totals.

Export Performances to Tessitura
To export performances to Tessitura:
- On the event's details page, go to Live Entertainment Performances. Click the file_upload export icon.
- Create the production season:

- Select a season in the drop down. This list is a list of seasons in your Tessitura account.
- If no seasons are available for selection, make sure that:
- There are active seasons available for the control group used during the integration installation.
- The active season(s) have a start date and an end date that encompass the performance date they are attempting to sync to Tessitura.
- If no seasons are available for selection, make sure that:
- Click Select Performances.
You are not required to select performances at this time. If you click Save, the production season will be created in Tessitura. You can export performances at a later time.
- In the Select Performances slider, check the performances you wish to export to Tessitura. Any performances which have already been created will be hidden by default, but you can toggle Show Already Created in the upper-right corner to view them.
- On each performance:
- Add a unique performance code. If the performance code is not unique, the performance will not be created in Tessitura.
- Select the facility. This list is a list of facilities in your Tessitura account.
- Select the campaign. This list is a list of campaigns in your Tessitura account.
- If no campaigns are available for selection, make sure that:
- A valid entry is present in the Tessitura System table VRS_INTEGRATION_DEFAULTS for the field CampaignCategories.
- Active campaigns exist in Tessitura that encompass the performance date in the campaign start and end date.
- If no campaigns are available for selection, make sure that:
- Click Select.
- Confirm all information is correct and click Save.
- The production season and performances will be created in Tessitura (it may take up to 10 minutes for the integration to push the information).
- The Tessitura Performance ID will also be listed on the function's details slider in Elite.
Import Performance Data from Tessitura
- On the event's details page, to Live Entertainment Performances. Click the file_download import icon.
- The Import from Tessitura slider will open with a preview of performance data which will be imported from Tessitura.
Net Ticket Revenue and Attendance Count will only be imported if a revenue type and an attendance type were added in the Tessitura configuration in the Sys Admin area. Revenue amounts will pull only from the base ticket price layer.
- Click Import.
- The performance information will be imported:
- A Tessitura Tickets scale will be added to the event and the performance's ticket price will be the average ticket price from Tessitura.
- The total tickets and comp count from Tessitura will be added to the performance's post-show report.
- If a revenue type and an attendance type were selected in the integration configuration, the net ticket revenue and attendance count will also be added to the performance's post-show report.
- Each time you import, all information on all performances is updated.
