Launch Momentus Elite via a Shortcut or as a Browser App

Adding a Momentus Elite icon to your desktop (Chrome) or as an app (Edge) allows you to have quick, easy access to any page within the Elite application.

Adding a Shortcut to Your Desktop (Chrome)

1. Open Chrome.
2. Navigate to the Momentus Elite login screen for your region.
3. Log in to Elite, if you aren't already.
4. Go to the page you want the home screen to open to. For many users, this is the calendar.
5. Click the ⋮ more info icon in the top right of your browser window.
6. Click More Tools and then select Create shortcut.
7. Name your shortcut. If you want to have Elite open in a new window instead of a browser tab, you can select the Open as window option.
8. Go to your desktop and you will see a shortcut to Elite. When clicked, Elite will open to the page that was selected when the shortcut was created.

Install as an App (Edge)

1. Open Edge.
2. Navigate to the Momentus Elite login screen for your region.
3. Log in to Elite, if you aren't already.
   This step is important. If you are not logged in when you create the app, you will need to log in every time you open Elite.
4. Go to the page you want the home screen to open to. For many users, this is the calendar.
5. Click the more_horiz more info icon in the top right of your browser window.
6. Click Apps and then select Install this site as an app.
7. Go to start menu and you will see the Elite app. When clicked, Elite will open to the page that was selected when the site was installed as an app.
