If your venue is using event staff assignments, you are able to select one or more defaults which are applied whenever you book an event. This is especially useful if you have a Sales Manager staff assignment; you can assign yourself when you book the event.
This event default is different than the other ones, though. Unlike other event defaults, you cannot remove or change staff assignments before booking the event. They can be updated once the event is booked on either the event's summary slider or the event details page > Overview tab.
To set default staff assignments:
- Click your name in the upper-left corner and select My Settings.
- In the Event Defaults card on the right, click the edit pencil to open the Edit Event Defaults slider.
- Click the Auto Assign Staff on Booked Event button.
- In the Assign Staff Defaults slider, select staff you wish to be assigned to events that you book.
- When all defaults have been selected, click Set.
- The number of default staff assignments set will be listed in the Edit Event Defaults slider. Click Save at the bottom of that slider to save your defaults.
