The EventDraw Connector links an EventDraw room diagram to a specific function in Elite. A link to the room diagram will be created in the function's Documents tab which can also be accessed from the Operations Daily View. In addition, specific function details in Elite can be displayed on the room diagram.
To use the EventDraw Connector:
- Create the connection between Elite and EventDraw:
- Go to the function where you would like to create a room diagram and open its details slider.
- On the Documents tab, click the + and select Create EventDraw Floor Plan. EventDraw will open in a new tab.
- Create the room diagram:
- In EventDraw, create the room diagram.
- When your floor plan is ready, click Save.
- Name the floor plan.
- Click EventDraw (cloud).
The floor plan must be saved to the cloud for it to be accessible in Elite.
- Update the file name if needed, select a folder, and click Save.
- Once the file has been saved to the cloud, a confirmation will appear that the floor plan has been saved and the link stored in Momentus Elite. The function ID will be listed.
- Access the room diagram in Elite:
- Return to the function and open its details slider.
- On the Documents tab, a link to the floor plan will display.
- To view the floor plan, click the link. EventDraw will open in a new tab.
- Log in if needed. The room diagram will display.
- Add function details to the room diagram:
- In EventDraw, go to Extras > Momentus and select Function Details. A chart will appear on the room diagram with the function name, room, start and end dates, start and end times, room setup, and attendance.
- If the function details change, delete the existing chart and repeat the previous step to update the information in EventDraw.
