When inquiries are created, a specific venue is chosen. Once created, the venue cannot be changed as long as the event is in Inquiry status. To change the venue, book spaces in the correct venue and update the event to a firmer status (Prospect, Tentative, or Confirmed) . Once an event leaves Inquiry status, though, it cannot be returned to Inquiry status.
If an inquiry is submitted under the wrong venue, we recommend you cancel the original inquiry and create a new one in the correct venue.
