You can subscribe to an event or avails calendar feed from Momentus Elite in Outlook. To do this, you will need the feed's URL (for instructions, please refer to Publish Your Calendar). Outlook for Mac does not support internet calendar subscriptions at this time; you will need to use Google or Apple Calendar if you are using a Mac. Outlook generally will update when it checks email and in the desktop application you can force it by clicking "send/receive." See Outlook Support for more information.
The event name, time, and rooms will display on the calendar; this information is always included. You may choose to share additional information as well - this will display in the event's description. Which additional information is shared is determined by the settings in the calendar view you are sharing. See Create a Custom Calendar View for information about creating a custom calendar view.
