If you would like to print or distribute a weekly schedule, you have several options:
- If you would like a visual schedule, you can use the grid view of the calendar. This allows you to choose the specific rooms, date range, events (filtered by status, type, and/or location), color coding, and event information you would like to display. (For more information, please see Create a Custom Calendar View.)
- Click the cloud_download download icon in the upper-right corner to download a PDF.
- Set the date span you want to download. The date fields will default to whichever dates you're currently viewing.
- Select whether or not you want the legend (color key) to be included at the end of the file.
- Select the orientation you want the file to be in.
- Click Export.
Please keep in mind that only so much information can fit on a piece of paper! - If you would like to see what is happening at the function level, you can use the function calendar. In the display options, set Time Increment to 24 hours to display each day as a column and set Columns to 7 to show a week. You can also choose which functions to display and what information should display via the filter and display options
- Click the cloud_download download icon in the upper-right corner to download a PDF.
- Set the date span you want to download. The date fields will default to whichever dates you're currently viewing.
- Select your header format. If you are printing this weekly calendar in landscape orientation, Full will fit. For portrait, Short will work better.
- Select whether or not you want the legend (color key) to be included at the end of the file.
- Select the orientation you want the file to be in.
- Click Export.
Please keep in mind that only so much information can fit on a piece of paper! - You can also use the list views: for a list of the week's events, use the events list; for a list of the week's functions, use the functions list. Just as with the grid calendar, you can customize the view to choose which columns to display and in which order.
