The instructions mass editor allows you to edit instructions in a spreadsheet-like interface that allows you to tab quickly from field to field.
To use the instructions mass editor:
- Go to your event's Detailing tab and click the function name with the instructions you want to edit.
- Click the edit icon next to the department whose instructions you want to edit.

Edit your instructions as needed. You can also:
- Drag the corner of the description box to make the field bigger.
- Remove instructions by clicking the X.
- Click + Instruction to add more instructions.
- Click Save.
Your instructions have been updated.
