If a price schedule is not being used on an event, you can remove it. If items or rental rates on the event were added using the price schedule, you will need to change their price schedule first. See Change an Event's Price Schedule for more information.
To remove a price schedule from an event:
- On the event details Overview tab, click the price schedule you would like to remove.
- Click Remove.
- Click OK in the pop up to confirm that you want to remove the price schedule.
- If items or rental rates from this price schedule have been allocated to the event, a pop up warning will appear and you won't be able to proceed. Click OK and see Change an Event's Price Schedule for instructions to change the price schedule on the details.
