Momentus Elite alerts you when an invoice needs to be edited or updated. There are three warnings you could see:
- Event has changed. Please edit this invoice.
- Invoice out of date. Please update this invoice.
- Template has been removed. Please edit this invoice
Event has changed. Please edit this invoice.
You will see this message Event has changed. Please edit this invoice when:
- There has been any change to a function.
- Item charges or rental rates have been added or edited.
- Adjustments have been added, changed, or removed on your event.
You will only see this warning on invoices which have not been sent.
- Click the message Event has changed. Please edit this invoice. to open the Edit Invoice slider.
- Scroll to the bottom, and click Save.
Your invoice has been saved.
Invoice out of date. Please update this invoice.
You will see this message Invoice out of date. Please update this invoice. when:
- Discounts have been added, changed, or removed on your event.
- Payments or credits have been allocated to the invoice or the allocation has changed.
- Click the message Invoice out of date. Please update this invoice.

Your invoice document has been updated.
Template has been removed. Please edit this invoice.
You will see this message Template has been removed. Please edit this invoice when the document template that was originally used to create the invoice has been removed from your account.
- Click the message Template has been removed. Please edit this invoice. to open the Edit Invoice slider.
- Click the Template field to select a different template.
If the Templates field says No data available, there are no invoice templates available on your account. Please contact us.
- Click Save.
