Update to the Tessitura Integration
The Tessitura API was recently enhanced to include timezones, causing times to not pass properly from Elite to Tessitura. This has now been fixed.
The function start date and time will be combined into UTC format (YYYY-DD-MM HH:MM:SS) before being passed to Tessitura. The Tessitura app will then display the start date and time based on its own time zone setting.
- If for some reason your Elite account and your Tesstitura application are set to different time zones, the time will be offset. For example, an Elite start time of 8:00 PM Eastern will display in a Central-time-zone Tessitura account as 7:00 PM.
- All day functions will use the account's start of day time as the function start time. This will be midnight unless your account has this setting updated.
