Improved
Copy Event and Function Documents When Copying an Event
- When copying an event, you can now choose to include the existing Event Documents and Function Documents on the new event and its functions, so you do not have to re-upload the same files every time.
- These options are unchecked by default and are only available to users with edit permission for documents.
- Event Documents only copies documents, not summaries or job photos. Function Documents copies documents on the functions being copied, and is only available if you are also copying the functions.
Copy Function Documents When Copying Functions from Another Event
- When copying functions in from another event using the Copy from Event workflow, you can now choose to include the existing Function Documents on the functions you select, so you do not have to re-upload the same files every time.
- This option is unchecked by default and is only available to users with edit permission for function documents.
- Only documents on the functions you choose to copy in are included.
Document Language Dropdown for Exhibitor Service Orders
- Exhibitor Service Order documents now include a document language dropdown.
- This lets you generate an Exhibitor Service Order in an alternate language, provided you have alternate languages configured and have worked with Support to update your relevant document templates.
Fixed
- Deleting a Market Segment from the middle of the list in System Admin now removes the correct entry; previously, it would delete the entry below the one selected.
