New
Data Privacy Management in Elite
Venues can flag a Contact for deletion and permanently anonymize the record. This satisfies data erasure requests, such as GDPR or CCPA, without breaking any bookings, events, invoices, or reports tied to the contact. The process is self-service, so that you can adhere to your venue's policies without requiring intervention from Momentus staff.
A System Administrator enables the feature in System Admin > Configuration, setting Data Privacy Mode to Auto or Manual (this will be Disabled by default). In Auto mode, an anonymization date is set automatically and a nightly sweep processes contacts once their date arrives. In Manual mode, a System Administrator processes flagged contacts on their own timeline.
Automatic Holds Rank Promotion
When a hold or tentative event booking is canceled, users with the permission enabled will receive a prompt to automatically promote all lower-ranked holds to the next available rank across all affected days and spaces, eliminating the need for manual rank adjustments. This new feature is ideal for venues wanting fully hands-off linear queue management.
- When a user with this permission cancels an entire booking hold, from Spaces edit, the Calendar, or any other removal point, a dialog asks whether to promote subsequent holds to the next available rank.
- Select Confirm to promote all affected holds across all days and spaces on the event. Select Decline to leave the holds in their current place.
- This applies only when an entire booking is canceled or lost. It does not apply when individual spaces are removed from an event.

Operations Hub Enhancements
Several updates make it easier to stay on top of Jobs and event information in Operations Hub.
- Jobs: Email Notifications: Email notifications are now available for Operations Hub Jobs. Users can configure the preferred frequency, language, notification window, and type in the subscription settings in the Notifications Center. Email respects the same scope and time-window filters as in-app notifications, so users are not notified about jobs outside their area of responsibility. Each email includes the job name, what changed, who made the change, and a direct link to the job, and follows the user's preferred language, falling back to English if a translation is not available.
- Event Outline: Account Tabs and Business Classification: Business Classification is now available in the Event Details block, and Account Tags are now available in the Contacts block of an event outline.
- Global Activity Log for Jobs Photos and Comments: Adding, editing, and removing photos and comments on a job now appears in the Global Activity Log.
Event Detailing Enhancements
We've made additional improvements to the New UI for event detailing:
- Create Function Slider Default Start and End Date: When creating a function, the Start and End date now default to the event start date instead of the current date.
- Create Functions for Booked Spaces (Detailing Page): For users with edit Event Detailing permission, a new bulk option creates a function for every booked space in one action, available when no functions have been added to the event yet.
Copy from Event Enhancements
The Copy from Event workflow has been improved to help users find the correct source event, bring over the functions they need even when spaces do not match, so copied details land correctly without manual cleanup.
- Advanced Search with optional filters for Date Range, Account, Event Types, and Event Tags. Filters are collapsed by default and never required; inactive and canceled events are excluded automatically. A Clear action resets all active filters at once.
- The source event list now sorts oldest to newest by default, so past events with usable data appear before future events.
- Filter functions by type to narrow down the exact functions to copy.
- Assign room and date if a copied function falls outside the booked space, so users can select which booked space and date to copy the function to on the new event.
- Copied functions now default to Planning status instead of Ready, so there is no need for manual status changes, and users control when downstream workflows for the new event's functions begin.
Miscellaneous Enhancements
- When searching for events with Keyboard Quick Search, the results now show the event start and end dates, making it easier to identify the correct event.
- Momentus Payments Transaction IDs are now available to be searched in Elite. Users with at least View permission for payments can search by a Momentus Payments Transaction ID or the Elite Payment ID in Global Search or Keyboard Quick Search.
- The payment portal now shows a loading indicator after a customer selects Pay, so customers know the payment is processing.
- Scheduled reports can now be generated as CSV or Excel, in addition to the standard output format. The format is chosen per report within a schedule, so a single schedule can mix formats across its included reports.
- If no orders exist, the download icon for Exhibitor Orders and Hospitality Orders is now disabled and shows a tooltip: "Create your first order to enable download."
- The email template dropdown now sorts alphabetically after grouping by template type.
- Email lists now support text search on Sender, Subject, Recipient, and Event.
- Email logging now keeps complete conversation threads together, regardless of which email field (To, CC, or BCC) contains the reply address.
- Multi-rate items in packages on a price schedule now appear in the same order as in Inventory > Add Package and Price Schedule > Add Items.
- The Override Rental Prices checkbox is now named Override Rental Costs/Prices. The Override Item Prices checkbox is now named Override Item Costs/Prices. Both labels now reflect that the permission applies to cost and price in all relevant locations.
Fixed
- Copying an event with overlapping spaces no longer results in an error. The warnings shown have also been clarified so users know what to expect.
- Bullet points no longer disappear when previewing an Event Outline in Ops Hub.
- The Day Calendar view no longer shows an error on date ranges containing midnight-boundary "stub" booking segments.
- Taxes are now applied correctly when a deposit installment on an event with reverse deposits is reversed and a new one is created.
- Custom parameters set on Scheduled Reports now save correctly.
- Insights invoices in EU and APAC now display dates in the correct regional format instead of US date format.
- Ellie no longer appears as an image in the avails calendar export.
- Users without Edit permission for contacts can no longer send an email from the Contact widget on the Ops Hub dashboard.
- Users can now book an event even without at least View permission for Task Templates.
Integrations
Momentus Ticketing for Elite
Momentus Ticketing is now available for Elite Premier Plus and Elite Premier. Momentus Ticketing is a fully white-label ticketing solution: venues keep their own brand and domain, and own 100% of their fan, sales, and revenue data.
The integration keeps Events and Functions data synced from Elite to Momentus Ticketing automatically, so ticketed events do not need manual updates or exports.
