Improved
Event Outlines on the Event Documents Tab
- If your organization uses Event Outlines in Ops Hub, the event Documents tab now has an Event Outlines tab. All users see this tab.
- The tab lists the published outlines for the event, with the name, current revision, status, and created date of each outline. You see outlines only if you have permission to view them.
- If an outline has sharing on, click its icon to open it in the PDF viewer.
- If you have view or edit access to Event Outlines in Ops Hub, you also see an icon that opens the outline in Ops Hub.
- To create an outline for the event, click +. Ops Hub opens with a new outline.
Number Sort for Exhibitor Order Numbers
- The order number column on the Exhibitor Orders list now sorts by number value, for example 1, 2, 10, 100, 1000.
- The sort works on all pages of the list, in ascending and descending order.
- The booth and store order ID columns still sort as text.
Cents Options for Price Schedule Bulk Adjustments
- On the Price Schedule Bulk Adjustments page, the Adjust Cost, Adjust Price, and Adjust Both windows have two new fields: Apply To and Cents.
- In the Apply To field, select what the adjustment changes:
- Adjusted Price, Adjusted Cost, or Adjusted Cost / Price: Applies the adjustment to the adjusted value. This works the same as before. For example, if the original price is $3.00 and you add $2.00 two times, the result is $7.00.
- Original Price, Original Cost, or Original Cost / Price: Applies the adjustment to the original value. In the same example, the result is $5.00. You don't need to click Reset All first.
- In the Cents field, select how each new amount ends, for example with .99:
- Calculated: Keeps the calculated result. This works the same as before.
- Round Nearest: Rounds up or down to the closest amount that ends in your cents amount. For example, $4.35 with .25 becomes $4.25.
- Round Up: Rounds up to the next amount that ends in your cents amount. For example, $4.85 with .75 becomes $5.75.
- Round Down: Rounds down to the next amount that ends in your cents amount. For example, $4.35 with .75 becomes $3.75.
- Fixed: Sets the cents to your cents amount and keeps the dollar amount. For example, $4.35 with .87 becomes $4.87.
- Enter the cents in the Cents Amount field. For Fixed, enter a value from .00 to .99. For the round options, enter a value from .00 to 1.00. Enter 1.00 to round to a whole dollar.
Open API Updates
- A new endpoint,
PUT /v1/events/{eventId}/rental-rates, adds, updates, or removes rental rate lines on an event's booked spaces. It replaces all rental rate lines, so send every line you want to keep. It requires credentials with write access. - A new endpoint,
POST /v1/package-allocations, adds a package to an event. - A new endpoint,
GET /v1/package-allocations/{eventId}, returns the package allocations on an event, with item and rental details. - A new endpoint,
PUT /v1/package-allocations/update, replaces all item and rental lines on a package allocation. - A new endpoint,
DELETE /v1/package-allocations/{eventId}/{packageAllocationId}, removes a package allocation. You can't change or remove a package allocation after you invoice it. - The item allocation and rental rate responses now include package fields.
Fixed
- You can now download event orders in bulk for events with many order documents.
- The Avails calendar now loads when you filter it by a combo room.
- Exhibitor store orders no longer create duplicate exhibitor invoices and payment records.
- Text editors, such as the editor for event instructions, now keep all content when you type quickly, press Tab to move to Save, and press Enter.
- When you export the daily view from the Operations page, the PDF now keeps columns side by side in both Portrait and Landscape orientation.
