Why did VenueOps change names to Momentus Elite?
VenueOps was rebranded to Momentus Elite to align with our new corporate brand, Momentus Technologies.
Is the product changing?
The color scheme and product name have changed to align with the new Momentus brand. You’ll still enjoy the features you know, just under a new name.
Will my login URL change?
The login URL is not changing at this time.
Will any existing integrations with VenueOps or use of the Open API be affected by the rebrand?
No. Integrations and APIs will not be affected by the rebrand.
How will support or services be affected?
We will continue to provide the highest level of support and services that VenueOps is known for, though some of our team designations have changed. Our “Client Success Team” is now known as the Momentus Elite Support Team.
What does the new brand identity represent?
The Momentus Elite brand represents an accelerated investment into our premier platform for the venue and events industry, bringing a renewed energy and passion to our customer-centric mission.
Will emails delivered from the product include the new brand?
Not initially with the June 2023 update, but branding will change in the next release.
