Momentus is improving its server infrastructure to support better performance, reliability, and overall experience on the platform. Over the next few weeks, all US-hosted customers will move to the new infrastructure in waves. The migration does not require any action from your team.
What to Expect
The migration waves will take place from 10:00 PM EDT - 12:00 AM EDT. The application remains available throughout the process, and no disruption to normal platform usage is expected.
Impact to Insights Data
During the migration, the database that supports Insights reports, dashboards, and templates will be reset and rebuilt. For a few minutes, users may see stale or incomplete data in these areas while the reporting database catches up.
The application will remain available throughout the process, and reporting functionality is expected to return to normal once the migration is complete.
