- Click dashboard Dashboards on the left.
- Click Change Dashboard.
- Click the dashboard you want to export.
- Click the export icon.
- Click the Acrobat logo if you want to export as a PDF or the Excel logo if you want to export as a spreadsheet.
- Set the file name.
- Set the page layout to Portrait, Landscape, or Auto.
- Set the page size for the file. The default is Letter.
- Select whether or not the title of the dashboard is displayed.
- Set the title of the exported dashboard. (This option will be disabled if Show Title is turned off.)
- Set how the file scales its content: Scale Factor (you will then enter the scale you want), Auto Fit to Pages Width (you will then enter the number of pages to fit the content to), or None. (This option will be disabled if the page layout is set to Auto.)
- Select whether the filters and/or parameters for the dashboard are included in the file.
- Select where the filters and/or parameters for the dashboard are included: Below or Separate Page. (This option will be disabled if neither filters nor parameters are included.)
- When all the settings are correct, click Export.
- Set the file name.
- Set the file format: XLSX or XLS.
- Select whether the filters and/or parameters for the dashboard are included in the file.
- Select where the filters and/or parameters for the dashboard are included: Below or Separate Sheet. (This option will be disabled if neither filters nor parameters are included.)
- When all the settings are correct, click Export.
