From Momentus Elite you are able to send documents such as proposals, contracts, invoices, event orders and avails calendars. You can email a contact from either their details page, their account's details page, or associated events. Emails can be logged, turning Elite into a shared inbox allowing visibility of conversations between venue staff and clients. You can create templates with typical text to save you time and effort!

Send Ad-Hoc Emails
Send ad hoc emails from any account, contact or event - go to the Emails tab on the account, contact, or email and click Compose New Email. If email logging is enabled, any replies to your emails will appear here and you can respond to those, allowing you to track the entire conversation in Elite so others have access to it. Send Documents and Avails
In addition to ad-hoc emails, you are able to email avails as well as certain documents created in the system. These are:
- Proposals, Contracts, and Addendums
- Event Orders
- Invoices, including Exhibitor and Hospitality invoices
- Post-Event Reports
- Event Summaries
- Payment Receipts and Credit Memos
Look for the envelope icon on the details sliders of the documents above and in the header of the Avails calendar.
Email Templates
If you have standard email text that you send on a regular basis, create email templates which can then be used for any account, contact, event, or document. The standard email text can be formatted and can include merge fields. Any text can be adjusted before sending. For more information, see Manage Email Templates.
Email Logging
Log any email sent from Elite: see what was sent (with attachments), who it was sent to, and when it was sent. Reply to and forward emails you have sent. Replies to emails sent from Elite will be logged as well. Email logging keeps the conversation accessible to everyone who needs to see it. Emails are not automatically deleted; unless you remove it manually, an email will remain in the email logs indefinitely.
This feature must be enabled; see Enable or Disable Email Logging for instructions.
Rich Text Editor
The Send Email slider will look and function the same way wherever you are sending emails from. You'll be able to specify recipients as well as people to be cc'd or bcc'd, send a copy to yourself, include your signature, attach a document (not all locations), specify the subject, add merge fields, and format the body of the email.
Email Signatures
Users are able to create an email signature which can then be included in all emails sent from the system. Email signatures are managed in My Settings. For step-by-step instructions, see Manage Your Email Signature.
