You are able to send emails from the account, contact, or event pages in Momentus Elite, as well as documents such as proposals, contracts, invoices, event orders and avails calendars. For various reasons, emails sometimes bounce. It is important that you are aware that an email has not made it to its recipient. Bounces are visible two ways: bounce logs recorded in the email log on a page and via an email notification.

Bounce Logs
When an email fails to reach its recipient and email logging is enabled, you will see a bounce log with full details, including the recipient’s information, a timestamp, and the reason for the bounce, in the appropriate email log (the Email tab on the Account, Contact, or Event). This will give you the visibility you need to follow up on undelivered messages and ensure successful communication. To enable email logging, see Enable or Disable Email Logging.
Email Bounce Notification
You can also subscribe to receive an email notification when an email that you have sent bounces. You will only receive notifications about emails that you have personally sent. See Email Notifications About Activity in Your Account for instructions.
