New
We are excited to unveil our newest module: the Booking Portal. This addition to our platform is designed to empower your venue with the tools to leverage online sales, enhance customer experience, and streamline your booking process.
- Customers can view and search for room availability in real time, making it easier for them to plan their events and meetings.
- With the capability to request or book rooms directly through the portal, we've simplified the booking process.
- The portal includes a secure payment system.

Improved
- There are now separate permissions for Event Documents and Event Summaries.
- The Documents page has two sections: one for uploaded documents and links and one for summaries, which are created in Elite. With this update, access to the Documents section will be controlled by the Event Documents permission and access to the Summaries section will be controlled by the Event Summaries permission. Each section can be set to either None (no access), View (view existing items), or Edit (upload documents or links or create new summaries).
- Note that the permissions on the email log have not been updated at this time. If a role has the Event Documents permission, users will still see any summaries which have been emailed if they have the Email Activity Logs permission.
- Roles with the existing Event Documents will be patched during the release to also include the new Event Summaries permission. After the release, you can update those roles as needed.
- Whenever an email is sent to or received from a contact in Elite, the email will now show on the contact's parent Account log as well as its contact log.
- Updates to functions:
- When creating new functions, All Day will no longer be checked by default.
- Your selection to show or hide empty departments on the function details slider will now be remembered.
- You can now send to contact groups on all email sliders except Functions Change Notifications.
- We've tweaked the text for several Task Template triggers:
- After change to T1 is now After change to Tentative.
- Event Finalised is now Event Finalized.
- Announcement Date is now Announce Date.
- Hard-coded links to the knowledge base have been removed. The knowledge base can still be accessed via the Help menu.
Fixed
- 24-hour time did not display properly on Function Calendar.
- When exporting a calendar, the legend for usage colors were not displayed.
- When sending a Change Notification, staff assignments were not pre-populated.
- When adding email recipients, multiple contacts with the same name were only being listed once. All contacts with the same name will now display.
- In the calendar display options, the "Usage" chip was displaying twice.
- The Help button had to be clicked twice to open if you had already opened and closed it.
- Task colors did not consistently change for overdue tasks.
