New
Email Template Merge Fields
You are now able to add merge fields to your email templates to include information which has already been added to Elite such as event names or contract details. Merge fields are available in email templates and wherever you send an email, although the fields available will be dependent on the template type or where you are sending the email from.
For more information as well as a list of all available fields, see Add Email Merge Fields.
Booking Portal - Add Items
Items can now be ordered in the Booking Portal. After selecting rooms, your customers can search for and browse available items or skip directly to booking the rooms. Customers can specify the quantity, delivery room, delivery time, and add any additional information for each item. Ordered items are applied to the event in a function created for the assigned room.
To include items in the portal, add them to the booking portal price schedule. Note that packages cannot be added to the booking portal at this time.
