Event Detailing: Functions Page Enhancements
- Function Type carryover to Function Name
- We've enhanced the function creation feature to match the logic that existed in the old Mass Edit Functions. Now, when you have not overwritten the default Function name and then choose a Function Type, the Function Type will override the function name. This helps you build consistent event timelines faster by automatically suggesting function names based on your selected types, while giving you the flexibility to customize names to match your venue's specific needs.
- Remove 10 column display limitation
- For venue managers who need complete visibility into their function details, we've removed the 10-column display limit on the Functions page, helping you customize your workspace exactly how you need it to manage even the most complex events efficiently.
- Improvement to Bulk Edit: Show on Calendar and Performance
- We've improved the clarity of the Show on Calendar and Performance options in the New UX Functions Bulk Edit menu. Now you can confidently activate, deactivate, or skip updates for calendar visibility and performance settings with clear visual feedback. Options are now:
- Yes: Will select Show on Calendar/Performance on all selected functions
- No: Will deselect Show on Calendar/Performance on all selected functions
- Clear: Will clear the option you've selected in the bulk edit modal. If you do not make another selection, no changes will be applied to the selected functions.

Client Portal Payments: Billing Contact Validation
- Improved billing contact validation with Momentus Payments Unified Checkout integration to ensure seamless payment validation and logging even when billing contacts lack email addresses.

Function Table Views in New UX
- Switching Function Table Views: Resolved issue where columns were not refreshing when a view was switched in the New UX Functions Page.
- Start and End Time columns not showing: Resolved issue where Start and End time were not showing in new UX on Functions page for views that were created in the old UX.
- Column display issue when switching to a default view from a view with all columns: Resolved issue where columns weren't updated when switching from a saved view to the default view in new UX on the Functions page.
Missing information when copying an event
- Resolved bug where discounts, rental, and economic impact were not included when copying details from one event to another.
Error when Viewing Operations Tab
- Resolved issue where users were receiving a red snack bar error when accessing Operations View if they don't have Inventory & Pricing permission.
