Improved
We have made several improvements to the Operations Hub:
- You can now duplicate jobs. Click the Duplicate icon by the job on the Jobs Management page and the new job will be created with the same name, due date, due time, status, organizational team, assignment, and event. Checklists and Attachments will not be duplicated. Jobs Management: Create and Manage Jobs has been updated for this feature.
- Item Notes will now display in checklists on Jobs.
- The Search field in Jobs Management will now return results for Organizational Teams and Rooms.
- We implemented safeguards to persist job checklist data and prevent error states when functions, items, or instructions are removed at function level.
Fixed
- Resolved issue where event tags overlapped the Edit and Email icons on the general information card when there are many tags or on smaller screens.
- Resolved bug where RTF text no longer displayed strikethrough correctly.
- Resolved issue where editing existing instructions could not be saved if the description was empty.
- Resolved Safari browser bug causing UI Status dropdown issues in claimed jobs in Jobs Fulfillment for users with View + Can Work Jobs access.
- Resolved bug in Jobs Management & Event Detailing where the date picker should revert to the original date when OK is not clicked.
- Resolved bug where Edit Event Attendance permission was not working.
- Resolved issue where Instruction Set edits would not save.
- Fixed issues with OneView (CVC) Changes Broker stability.
