You are able to add instructions for exhibitors to the online exhibitor store. These have various uses, such as alerting to ordering deadlines or disclaimers about internet access or labor fees.
Store-wide instructions display as an orange banner on every page of an exhibition's online store. These instructions are set on the event and apply only to that event's exhibition.
Category instructions display as a blue banner when the user is viewing that category's items. These instructions are set on the category in Inventory & Prices and will display on all exhibitions. These instructions should pertain to the items in that category and not be specific to a certain event's exhibition.
Add Store Wide Instructions
- On the event details page Exhibitors tab, click the pencil by Setup.
- Add the instructions to the Store Wide Instructions field.
- Click Save.
