Images can be added to items for display in the online exhibitor store.
You do not have to add an image to every item. If items in a category do not need an image specific to each item, an image can be added at the category level. We do recommend that if images are to be used, an image is added to at least every category. Images will load in this order:
- If an item has an image, that image will display.
- If an item does not have an image, its category image will display.
- If neither the item or the category has an image, a neutral icon will display.
- If there are no images for any items or categories in the exhibition's price schedule, the exhibitor store UI will not display the image area on items. If you don't wish to use images, you don't have to!

Add an Image to an Item
To add an image to an item:
- Click your name in the upper-left corner and select Inventory & Prices.
- Click the item's category to open the Category slider.
- In the Category slider, click the item.
- Click Add Image.
- Click Add Image to select an image or drag and drop the image into the box. We recommend the image be 275px by 185px. The file must be in jpg, jpeg, or png format and cannot be more than 2MB in size.
If you need to remove the image you uploaded, click the X in the upper right corner of the image preview.
- Click Select.
- In the Edit Item slider click Save.
Add an Image to a Category
To add an image to category:
- Click your name in the upper-left corner and select Inventory & Prices.
- Click the category.
- Click the pencil to open the Edit Category slider.
- Click Add Exhibitor Store Image.
- Click Add Image to select an image or drag and drop the image into the box. We recommend the image be 275px by 185px. The file must be in jpg, jpeg, or png format and cannot be more than 2MB in size.
If you need to remove the image you uploaded, click the X in the upper right corner of the image preview.
- Click Select.
- In the Edit Category slider click Save.
