Calendar Navigation and Display Enhancements
- The monthly calendar will now automatically position you at the current week, helping you quickly focus on today's activities without scrolling through past or future events.
- Clicking View on Calendar on an event details page now automatically takes you to your event's location on the calendar and opens its details slider, helping you stay focused on your work without losing your place.
- Click Today on the calendar now automatically takes you to the current week on your calendar, helping you quickly orient to today's events without manual scrolling.
- The calendar summary slider now displays Created Date and Created By on the Info tab, helping you quickly identify when events were originally created and by whom without leaving the calendar view.
Event Detailing Page (Functions Table) Enhancements
- When filters are applied, an indicator will now show on the filter button.
- Search by function types and rooms in the Functions table to quickly locate the exact configuration you need from your organization's lists without scrolling.
- Edit Show on Calendar and Performance inline without leaving the functions table view.
- We've enhanced keyboard navigation:
- Tab through fields to move seamlessly through function details in the functions table in the new UI without using a mouse.
- Select dropdown options without interrupting your data entry flow.
- Access staff assignments, instructions, items, and documents without interrupting your workflow.
- Edit function names while maintaining your typing momentum.
- Update attendance and room setup.
Scheduled Reports Enhancements
Scheduled reports now support the complete range of parameter types, including multi-select options, string parameters, and dynamic lookup lists, allowing you to schedule reports with full parameter flexibility.
Schedule a Report has been updated to reflect this update.
Insights Admin and User Role Permissions
A new Edit Report Viewers permission allows designated users to manage report viewer assignments without requiring full Insights Admin access or Support intervention.
- Users with the Edit Report Viewers permission can access the Select Viewers slider for each Report and Dashboard that they can view on the Reports and Dashboards pages in the Elite application. Insights Admins will also see this control.
- As part of creating the Select Viewers slider, sharing a report or dashboard in the Insights app will be done in the report/dashboard details slider in a new Viewers tab. This keeps the share experience the same in both places.
This permission will not be patched to existing roles during this release. You must add the permission to roles after the release as needed.
These articles have been updated for these improvements:
Miscellaneous Improvements
- You can now search for contacts by email address in addition to by name in email recipient fields (To, CC, BCC).
- The "Allow Double Booking" option is now hidden in role settings when the highest booking level allowed is set to Prospect, since no conflict checking is performed for Prospects.
- The highlighted value is now visible in dropdown options when navigating selection fields via keyboard. This applies to the Create Event, Add to Event, Create Series, Create Note, Edit Info, and Copy Event sliders.
- Minor column spacing and alignment updates have been made to the Financials > Settlements tab.
- The online payment form now shows only the Balance Due in the snapshot on the payment screen.
Insights Updates
- Insights report and template “Hidden” and “Custom” settings now stay in place after you edit them.
- You can now report on exhibitions that have a store open using a new Insights view (vw_exhibitions):
- A new view,
vw_exhibitions, exposes key exhibition fields directly from the Exhibitions table. - This includes
event_idandis_available_for_ordering, letting you join to events and identify exhibitions that are available for ordering or have stores open. - This makes it possible to build focused reports on exhibition storefront status, quickly see which exhibitions are open for ordering, and better monitor and manage online store availability across your events.
- A new view,
The
vw_event_item_rental_charges_and_adjustmentsview now always returns a category for event item charges, even when the charge has not yet been invoiced.
API / Webhooks
- Endpoints have been added for reading and writing to peakRoomNights and totalRoomNights.
- The Open API has been updated to work with multi rate inventory items.
Operations Hub
Ops Hub: Dashboard Enhancements
- You can now jump directly from a confirmed event to Operations Hub using a new View in Ops Hub option in the More (three-dot) menu on the event detail page and calendar event slider. This eliminates the need to open the Confirmed Events list and search manually, helping your operations team move faster between planning and execution and reducing clicks and context switching during busy event days. PIC
- A new Jobs widget on the Operations Hub Dashboard now shows event job progress by room and status at a glance, without leaving the dashboard. This gives operations managers an at-a-glance snapshot of job completion across all rooms, reduces clicks and page changes during live events, and helps staff quickly spot problem areas before they impact the guest experience.
- The widget includes status and room filters, an overall progress bar (based on jobs in Done status, excluding canceled), and a table showing job counts by status (New, To Do, In Progress, Blocked, Done) for each room and for jobs with no room.
- For job details, click the arrow on the widget to go to the Jobs Management page, pre-filtered to that specific event.
- Users without Jobs permissions will not see the widget; users with Jobs permissions see the widget titled “Jobs,” including a “View All Jobs” button to navigate to full Jobs management.
- The Event Dashboard Change Log now records key Job activities, providing a detailed audit trail of Job-related changes alongside the other activity you already track there. These Job logs are created as part of the Global Activity Log and are also visible there; see What is tracked in the activity log? to view the log messages. Tracked changes are:
- Job Created
- Job Deleted
- Job Status Changed
- Job Dropped
- Job Assignee Changed
- Job Organizational Team Changed
- Job Name Changed
- Job Due Date Changed
- Job Due Time Changed
- Job Event Changed
Ops Hub: Event Outline Enhancements
- Enhanced Table block: New formatting controls let you customize layout, headers, and styling through a single dialog, giving event coordinators full control over structured documentation.
- Auto-scroll after clearing outline: Clearing an outline now jumps the view to the top of the document so you can start working immediately.
- Reordered More menu: Options are now organized based your outline's current status, making it faster to find the action you need.
- Template duplication: Users with edit permission can now duplicate existing templates to speed up event setup.
- Template name in delete confirmation: The deletion confirmation pop-up now shows the specific template name, helping you avoid accidental deletions.
- Null state for Data blocks: Empty blocks now display a clear indicator when blocks do not have matching data, prompting you to check configuration settings.
- Redesigned Version History modal: A cleaner layout helps you quickly access version actions with fewer clicks.
- Current version displayed on outline page: The active version number is now shown directly on the page so you always know what you're viewing.
Share/Copy Link for Event Outline
Event Outline PDFs can now be shared via a secure, shareable link, giving recipients access to the document without requiring them to have system access. The link always references the latest published version of the document.
Publish the Event Outline, and then click Share and select Enable shareable link. When the shareable link is enabled:
- Click Copy Link to share the PDF version of the document.
- The PDF version of the document becomes available in Jobs Management and can be included in Jobs Fulfillment.
- The link always references the latest published version of the Event Outline. If the outline is placed back into Draft status, the link will continue referencing the last published version. If a newer version is published while the link is active, the link will update to that newest published version.
You can toggle Enable shareable link off:
- The Copy Link button becomes disabled.
- People with the link will no longer be able to access the PDF document and will receive a message informing them it is no longer available.
- If toggled back on later, the link will become active again to the latest published version of the document.
Ops Hub: Jobs Enhancements
-
Sys Admin: Organizational Team Improvements:
- Edit button relocation: The Edit button has been moved so that member list management is more easily accessible.
- Active job protection: Users who are actively assigned to incomplete jobs in Operations Hub cannot be removed from Organizational Teams.
- View-only access to job details: View-only users can now open and review job details in Jobs Management, helping you stay informed about job details, checklists, and attachments while restricting edits and maintaining data integrity across your venue operations.
- Select and assign users to jobs: Specific team members can now be assigned to jobs, ensuring the right person handles each task.
-
Jobs Fulfillment permissions updates: Jobs Fulfillment is now restricted by Organizational Team assignment regardless of a user's permission level, ensuring consistency in the fulfillment workflow and simplifying Org Team and user assignment management.
- Claiming jobs: Any user, regardless of View+Can Work Jobs or Edit permission, will only see the option to claim jobs for their assigned Org Team in Jobs Fulfillment.
- Job assignment: Users can only be assigned to a job if they are in the corresponding Org Team.
- Assignee field in Jobs Management: When an Org Team is selected, only members of that Org Team will appear as options in the Assignee field, regardless of permissions.
- Edit permission users: Users with Edit permissions retain full access to editing jobs in Jobs Management regardless of Org Team assignment.
- View + Can Work Jobs users: Users with View + Can Work Jobs permissions will not be able to make any changes in Jobs Management.
-
Shared PDF of Event Outline in Job Attachments: Published and shared event outline PDFs are now accessible to attach to jobs when the shareable link has been enabled.
- Jobs Management (Edit permission): Users with Edit permission will see any published event outlines in the Attachments tab if the shareable link has been enabled, so these can be included on the job for the fulfillment user if desired.
- Jobs Fulfillment (View + Can Work Jobs): Users with View + Can Work Jobs permission will be able to access the shared PDF event outlines directly in job fulfillment workflows if it has been included on the job.
- Keyboard navigation for dropdown fields in Jobs table: Dropdown fields in the Jobs table can now be activated and navigated using standard keyboard controls, including enter and arrow keys, improving dropdown accessibility.
- Lock job fields when status is Done or Cancelled: When a job is marked Done or Cancelled, all fields except Status are locked from editing, helping you preserve completed and cancelled job data while preventing unintended edits after work is finished. Status remains editable so that a job can be re-opened if needed.
- Display event information in Create/Edit Job workflow: Basic event information has been added to the Job Details tab so you can verify event details at a glance without leaving the page, reducing errors and streamlining your workflow.
- Improved Clear All Filters in Add to Checklist workflow: The Clear All Filters option is now available even when no results are found, helping you quickly reset and refine your searches and eliminating the frustration of hidden filter management options.
- Jobs Management table enhancements: The Jobs Management table now displays Event and Assignee columns, and both fields have been added to the Filter Panel, helping you quickly identify which jobs belong to each event and which team member is assigned.
Fixed
- Resolved a faulty logic issue so that venue-level highest booking role permission settings are now respected, regardless of a higher permission set on another venue. Previously, a venue with a highest booking status of Tentative could allow a Prospect to be changed to Definite if a higher permission existed on a different venue.
- The new Detailing UX now correctly hides the Add Package button when a venue role does not have add/edit package permission.
- The Functions List export now includes the Business Classification and Event Type columns when they are present in the Events > Functions list view.
- Editing an account in the root slider now saves changes, closes the Edit Account slider, and refreshes the account details without requiring a full page refresh.
- The Insights Query Builder parameter types now correctly show “Date and time” and “Date” instead of two identical “Date” options.
- When setting up SSO and choosing Google Workspaces as the identity provider, the system now saves a compliant provider name (for example, “GoogleWorkspaces”) that meets the minimum length and formatting rules, instead of the invalid “GW” value.
- Event Outlines page controls and tooltips are now fully translated:
- The left-hand “Pages” area and its labels are correctly localized.
- Context menus for tables, headings, text fields, and dividers are translated, with “Star” and “Dash” intentionally left in English per Product guidance.
- Tooltips across the Event Outlines page now appear in the selected language.
- Credits created from an invoice are no longer automatically re-allocated back to that same invoice thus doubling its negative balance.
- Labor hours you manually set on a package are now preserved when you edit that labor line again.
- Emails no longer change the lowercase word “title” into “locktitle” when sending.
- Function instructions now keep your intentional extra spaces instead of collapsing them into a single space.
- The Events API now correctly returns live entertainment pre‑sale date and time values instead of null.
- Multi-day functions now require an End Time before they can be saved.
- Users without access to Accounts and Contacts no longer see clickable Account or Contact links on the Event Dashboard in Operations Hub.
- Jobs Fulfillment “Group by” chips and table contents now wrap correctly on mobile screens.
- Event Order instructions now keep intentional blank line spacing instead of collapsing it.
- Event Order instruction sets no longer show raw HTML tags when generated from rich text instructions.
- Event-wide “All day” times in Detailing no longer show false required-field errors after you toggle the All Day option.
- German labels and buttons in Ops Hub now use correct capitalization and wording in key screens.
