Momentus Elite is a SaaS (software as a service) application, meaning that we host the software on our servers and you access it using a browser and your Internet connection. There is nothing installed on your computers at all. Simply open your browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari), navigate to Elite, enter your username and password, and you're ready to go!
To log in to Elite:
- Go to the login page for your region. We have several Elite regions to give you better performance and so we can do upgrades and maintenance outside your business hours.
- The Americas (except Canada): login.venueops.com
- Canada: login.ca-venueops.com
- Europe and Middle East: login.eu-venueops.com
- Asia Pacific: login.ap-venueops.com
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Depending on your venue's settings, there are several options:
- If your venue is using Single Sign On (SSO), the login page for your identity provider (such as Azure Active Directory) will open. Add your credentials and you'll be logged in to Momentus Elite. If you've already logged in to your identity provider in your browser, you'll go straight to Elite.
- If your venue is not using SSO or if you are an SSO guest user, you'll be taken to the password page. Enter your password and click Sign in.
If you're trying to log in and get the message Invalid email or password combination, either your email address or password is incorrect. If both are correct, double check the URL entered to be sure you are on the one that matches your venue's location. Also be sure to use the email address which matches the email address on your Elite account. - If you've never logged in before (and your venue is not using SSO), you will need to confirm your email via a temporary password, and then set your password.
- A temporary password email was sent to you when you clicked Continue in step two. Copy the password from that email.
- Paste the temporary password into the Temporary Password field and click Verify.
If you were taken to the regular login page rather than the page with a field for your temporary password, either your email does not match the email on your Elite account or you are using the incorrect URL. Double check the URL entered to be sure you are on the one that matches your venue's location.
- Type your desired password into the New Password field, and again in the Confirm Password field. Click Reset.
If you get the message Invalid Temporary Password:
- Be sure to copy and paste the temporary password to rule out typos or symbols being input differently from your keyboard.
- Double check that, as you copied and pasted, you didn't end up with a space after the password. You can paste the password into Notepad, Notes, or another text editor to confirm that there isn't a space, then paste the password into the field.
- You are now logged in to Elite. You'll stay logged in in this browser for 16 hours.
