Momentus Access in the Knowledge Base, Learning Center, and Community

Momentus Access, Momentus Technologies' application authentication, allows you to log in to the Momentus Learning Center and Momentus Community using the same username and password. It is also being rolled out to all support centers/knowledge bases (details coming soon!), as well as products over the course of this year. 

Because eventually all software products will also use Momentus Access, be sure to use the same email address that is assigned to your user in Momentus Enterprise, Elite, or WeTrack when you activate Momentus Access. This ensures that as each program comes online, your users will match and are able to use the same username and password across all Momentus platforms and programs.

Activate your Account

If you have not activated your Momentus Access account yet, you can do so from either the Learning Center or the Community. 

1. Go to:
   • the Learning Center (https://learn.gomomentus.com) and click Log in with Momentus Access.
   • the Community (https://momentus.joinzealot.com).
2. Enter the email address associated with your Momentus software user account.
3. Click Forgot Password. A code is sent to your email.
4. Enter the code sent to your email and click Next.
5. Enter a new password, and then confirm it. Click Reset Password.
6. Set up multi-factor authentication: 
   1. To use text authentication, enter your phone number and click Next.
   2. To use email, click Use a different verification option and select Email.
7. A code is sent via text or email. Enter the code and click Verify.
8. On the password recovery page, enter your email address if it did not auto-fill. Be sure to use the email address associated with your Elite user account!
9. Click Next.
10. Enter the characters in the CAPTCHA image/recording.
11. Click Next. You will be logged in, and you can access the other platform with the same username and password.

Returning Users

If you have already logged in to the Learning Center or the Community, you have activated Momentus Access! To log in:

1. Go to:
   • the Learning Center (https://learn.gomomentus.com) and click Log in with Momentus Access.
   • the Community (https://momentus.joinzealot.com).
2. Enter the email address associated with your Momentus software user account.
3. The site should recognize you as a Momentus Access user and automatically log you in.

If you clear the cookies in your browser or log out of Momentus Access, you must log in again with your password and validate via a code sent by text or to your email. Once logged back in, you are good to go in both the Learning Center and Community!
