Please note that neither the Momentus Elite team nor the admin on your venue account can update your password — please use the workflow below.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. If you know your password but just wish to change it, you can do that from inside Elite.
If your account is using Single Sign-on, your password will be reset in your venue's identity provider rather than in Elite. SSO guest users, please follow the instructions below.
Reset your password when you can't get logged in

If you can't get logged in, first make sure you're logging in to the correct region. Your login will only work with the URL for the region where your account is located. Go to the correct login URL for your region:
- The Americas (except Canada): login.venueops.com
- Canada: login.ca-venueops.com
- Europe and Middle East: login.eu-venueops.com
- Asia Pacific: login.ap-venueops.com

Enter your email address and click Continue.
- On the password page, click Forgot password?.
- Confirm your email is correct and click Send email.

You will be directed to the password reset page, and you will receive an email with a verification code. This verification code is how we confirm that you are the owner of this Elite account.
If you do not receive an email, double check that you typed your email address correctly, or that you are using the email address which matches the email address on your Elite account. Also check the URL entered to be sure you are on the one that matches your venue's location.
- Enter the verification code in the Verification Code field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field and again in the Confirm Password field. Passwords must be at least eight characters.

Click Reset Password.
- If you get the message There was a problem resetting your password..., the verification code may be incorrect. If you copied and pasted it, double-check that you didn't end up with a space after the code. You can paste the code into Notepad, Notes, or another text editor to confirm that there isn't a space, then paste the code into the field.
- If you have a red warning message, re-enter the verification code, check for a trailing space, or take other measures to resolve the issue. Clicking the button repeatedly will lock your account and you'll have to wait for at least an hour to try again.
- You'll see confirmation that your password was reset. Click Continue to log in.
Change your password in Elite
- Click your name in the upper-left corner and select My Settings.
- Go to the Security Settings tab.
- In the Password Settings card on the right, click Change Password.

In the Change Password slider:
- Enter your old password.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field and again in the Confirm Password field. Passwords must be at least eight characters.
- Click Save.
